How do I choose the right timepiece?

Choosing a watch is a very personal choice. The most important considerations are formality and modernity, color, strap material or size. Many of our most dedicated franckmuller.to collectors are looking for timepieces based on unique automatic movements, exclusive or rare numbered series, and bold styles.

How should I take care of my watch?

We hope you like your new timepiece and take the time to read the care instructions to ensure its precise operation and longevity. By doing this, you will help extend its life and keep it running under high-quality standards at the time of production. Since many Invicta timepieces are tested for water resistance, one of the most common case reminders we provide is to always close the crown tightly after setting the time. We also recommend that you carefully clean your timepiece when necessary and check it by a certified watchmaker once a year to ensure that the gasket is in normal condition.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.
Franckmuller.to orders can be paid by Visa, American Express, Mastercard, or Discover card.

What should I do if my wrist is thick?

If you have a big wrist and you cannot find the strap of the corresponding size, you can contact our customer service to add a strap to your order or find it on the “Accessories” website.

Why doesn’t my watch move after receiving it?

Sometimes automatic watches need to be wound manually; you can contact our customer service for instructional videos.

What to do if you are not satisfied?

If you are not satisfied within 30 days after receiving the product, you can contact customer service to request a refund (provided that you have never used it).
Return process: contact customer service to obtain the return address. After we receive the goods and check whether the watch is brand new or unworn, we will refund you immediately. It takes 8 to 20 days to refund the card.
